We're looking for a Senior Growth Editor to lead our flagship content vertical. You'll own the editorial strategy for growth-focused content, work directly with industry practitioners to develop original research, and shape the voice of Signal's most-read articles.
What you'll do
- Lead editorial strategy for Growth vertical, publishing 4-6 pillar articles per month
- Develop relationships with growth leaders at high-growth startups and public companies
- Collaborate with data team to produce original research and benchmarks
- Mentor junior editors and maintain editorial standards across the publication
- Identify emerging trends and commission timely, authoritative content
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of editorial experience at a business or technology publication
- Deep expertise in growth marketing, product-led growth, or go-to-market strategy
- Track record of producing viral, high-impact content (500K+ views preferred)
- Experience managing freelance contributors and editorial calendars
- Excellent interviewing and research skills
