Join our small, senior engineering team to build the next generation of Signal's reading and discovery experience. You'll work across the full stack, shipping features that reach hundreds of thousands of readers monthly.
What you'll do
- Design and implement core product features end-to-end
- Collaborate with design and editorial to create best-in-class reading experiences
- Improve site performance, accessibility, and SEO technical foundations
- Build internal tools for editorial workflow and analytics
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Expert-level TypeScript/JavaScript and React
- Experience building content-heavy applications at scale
- Strong product sense and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Track record of shipping impactful features independently
